How does the purchase work?
In case the customer requests a session cancellation, this must be done with adequate notice 24 hours prior to the session being canceled. The session must be rebooked within 5 days of the original date of the session, otherwise, the session shall be marked as completed.

• The customer must consume the package on the contract and is non-transferable
• The package must be consumed within 60 days of the date of purchase.
• The treatment alone does not guarantee weight loss. For best results, daily exercise and a healthy diet are recommended.

Packages are non-refundable. In case services are unable to take place as a result of force majeure, the package will be paused and the termination date extended with the remaining days when services resume.
