Cancellation Policy:
The importance of your appointments and convenience is acknowledged by us. It is understood that unforeseen circumstances may, at times, require adjustments to be made to schedules. In the event that an appointment needs to be canceled, it is respectfully requested that a minimum notice of 24 hours be provided.
Our Policy:

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the imposition of a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

If arrival for an appointment is delayed by more than 15 minutes, it cannot be guaranteed that the service will be provided. In such cases, the same cancellation fee will be imposed, and an appointment will be rescheduled for a more suitable time.

To secure an appointment, a full payment is required. Cancellation fees will be charged.

In the case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will still be imposed. However, a portion or the entire amount may be deducted from the cost of a future appointment.

It is recognized that emergencies can occur. In the event that an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, it is kindly requested that at least 24 hours' notice be provided. For same-day bookings, a minimum of 3 hours' notice is required.

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 50% fee being charged to the payment method on file or added to the next booking.
