Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are very important to us. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and schedule adjustments may occasionally be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Our Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
• Full payment is required to secure your appointment.
• In the event of a true, unforeseen emergency, the cancellation fee will still apply; however, part or all of the amount may be credited toward a future appointment at our discretion.
• If your appointment was booked on the same day, we kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations that do not meet the notice requirements above will result in a 50% fee charged to the payment method on file or added to your next booking.
Package Policy
• Packages of 4–6 sessions must be used within 60 days.
• Packages of 8–12 sessions must be used within 90 days.
• Missed package sessions due to a no-show will be considered used.
• Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice must be rescheduled within 7 days.
